Ice Cream World

My family has been buying cakes from ice cream world for 20+ years. I accidentally picked a vanilla & chocolate cake instead of all vanilla. They refused to exchange the cake, I was out of the store for only 12 minutes. I’m currently battling cancer and going through chemo and my digestive system can’t handle chocolate. PS…. The cake I bought was put in the cooler with the all vanilla cakes. Owner was extremely rude.

This place is old fashion, seems to not have been renovated in YEARS! Needs to be remodeled!! However, they do have some really good ice cream/cake. My wife and I walked in looking for birthday ice cream cake and was not greeted at all, until it was time to check out with our cake. The staff was friendly, and did write on our cake for no extra charge.

1st the good... TONS of flavors and the ice cream I tasted was very good. Nice size scoops in my medium cup and the waffle cones looked very good. The not so good: My buddy got a milk shake which wasn't very good but I think the employee was new & made it wrong. Too much milk? Busy place but they had 3 lines which seemed to be moving pretty quickly. Our 'scooper' must have been brand new because he was incredibly slow and didn't seem to know where the different ice cream flavors were. That was frustrating but understandable for a new employee (and a very young one at that). Maybe better training for new employees?

Their warmth and genuine enthusiasm for their offerings were contagious. They gladly guided me through the menu, helping me choose combinations that delighted my taste buds beyond measure. This place isn't just an ice cream parlor; it's a sensory journey that I can't wait to embark on again. As I left, I couldn't help but feel grateful for stumbling upon this gem. I'll be back – not just for the ice cream and milkshakes, but for the entire experience that left me with a lingering, delightful memory.
